Eric and I have two google accounts. A while back, Eric converted the accounts in some process that is a bit mysterious to me. The result of the conversion was that I lost administrative rights to the blogs that I had started. It was and is super frustrating, but there's nothing to be done as far as we know. So I can post as an author on this blog, but I can't change any of the settings or do anything administrative.
SO...I really should abandon ship and start a new blog. I've known this for a while, but I had just finally gotten the family familiar with this URL, so I was hesitant to change. I'm thinking that with a new year, it might just be time to make the break.
I will post a link to the new blog here once I make the change. I'm still dragging my feet, annoyed at the inevitable. But I wanted to give warning to my few readers. :)
