The snow was piled up high this morning. Eric's office was closed, so he was working from home. This was good, because for the past two nights he's been working until 2am on a computer change. Eric slept in until 8, and then he helped me carry Tess to her babysitter's. I'm not sure how I would have managed it alone, because it was impossible to get the stroller through the intersections and she's too heavy for me to carry for long distances. I took these pictures on our way home in the afternoon. As you can see, the sidewalks were mostly cleared by then.
And then tonight I had my writing class. This semester I was invited to a private class that a favorite writing teacher holds out of her apartment. There are eight of us in the class, and I am really enjoying it a lot.
Oh! And I finished knitting my first hat. I finished it in less than three weeks, which surprised me, perhaps because I've always taken on bigger projects.

I'm very impressed by the hat. It looks great.
The snow pictures are really beautiful. It actually made me want to be there... who knew I could feel that way about snow? ;)
CUTE hat!
I'm glad to see you posting again.
